Job Description:
This position is part of the Sales and Customer Support organization based in Silicon Valley. A qualified candidate should have intensive experience in supporting customers for networking or enterprise application products. Strong knowledge and experience in TCP/IP, network equipments, Window/Linux systems and applications is a must. A successful candidate is expected to be a team player who will interface with customers, sales team, and R&D team. The candidate should feel comfortable to work in a fast pace startup environment and be able to conduct independent trouble shooting on customer sites. Some domestic and international travels are required for this position.
