We are now looking for talented, energetic, and creative software engineers with proven design and implementation skills in web based enterprise application software.

Responsibilities:

Specifies, designs, implements and maintains software components. Familiar with a variety of software concepts, practices, and procedures. The candidate for this position will be a key member of a team building high performance, availability and scalability hosted transaction infrastructure and applications that manage business process.

Technical Qualifications:

* BS or MS in Computer Science/equivalent with commercial software development experience and expert in programming
* Expert knowledge in Java, J2EE, XML, HTML-based web technologies, SQL, and relational databases
* Strong background in enterprise-level, web-based user interface and infrastructures
* Follows good coding standards and design principles

Non-Technical Qualifications:

* Proven working experience in fast paced environment and small teams that follow flexible and adaptive methodologies
* Experience interfacing with customers and strong desire to satisfy customers
* Excellent communication skills, team player, highly efficient and responsible
* Must be a quick learner and creative problem solver with passion for solving tough problems
