A few positions open in our group:
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be a member of the pre-silicon validation
team and will be responsible for validating the low power graphics
chipset. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Verifying the design at the full chip level by architecting the full
chip testbench
- Authoring the validation plans
- Crafting a random testing strategy
- Defining coverage metrics
- Writing architectural checkers
- Running functional simulations
- Debugging failures to root cause
- Developing an optimized validation flow, which will enable rapid
integration and testing
Qualifications
You must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
(a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a Master of
Science degree in Computer Science is preferred). Additional
qualifications include:
- Understanding of PC architecture including graphics
- Programming experience with high-level programming languages (such as
C and/or C++ and/or SystemC*, and others), assembly languages (such as
IA-32), scripting languages (such as Perl, Shell*), and hardware
description languages (such as VHDL and Verilog*)
