Responsibilities
In this position, you will be developing, testing, and validating custom CAD tools and flows for 65nm technology. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working with process, device and design engineers
- Enhancing and maintaining custom CAD environment and tools
- Performing extensive testing, debugging, and enhancing next generation design platform for QA
- Maintaining a database management environment for the 65 nm designs Qualifications
You must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or EC with three to five years of experience in design or CAD. Additional qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of circuit simulations and layout tools
- Working knowledge of UNIX*, C shell, Perl, and SKILL*
- Knowledge of CMOS processing
- Experience in physical design layout
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Polygon layout drawing experience would be an added advantage
