Job Description

Working as Product Engineering and liaison between Development and Manufacturing / Process Engineering.
Responsibilities include both development and sustaining activities relating to semiconductor devices and products.

Examples:
review parametric test program specification, product qualification, yield enhancement/manufacturability, construction analysis, and disposition of production material. and can utilize device physics, statistical analysis, physical analytical techniques, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure high-yielding, high-quality products are delivered to the customer.

Typically responsible for organizing, and conducting technical projects within the areas of wafer yield improvement, minor redesign of devices and masks, and optimizing device production relative to cost constraints.

Specific Knowledge/Skills
Bachelor Degree or higher
Good command of English both in writing and speaking (CET-4 and above)
Experience in device engineer is preferred
Self motivated, self-starter working in a cross-functional team environment and good team work spirit
