Job Description for the Layout Engineer

Start ASAP and run through 02/06. Will work in Cary, NC. Looking for outstanding, talented, design engineers to keep the company at the forefront of DRAM technology. Required skills include but are not limited to: IC design for analog VLSI circuits, analog and digital simulation and verification of circuits and an understanding of full-custom layout. This position will encompass working as a team member to design commodity and specialty DRAM products. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of DRAM circuit or low-power analog circuit design experience and a minimum of BSEE (MSEE preferred). Knowledge of analog circuit design or DRAM array/core design is required. Working knowledge of full-custom layout is a plus. Location:
Infineon Technologies in Cary, NC.
