Job description:

Design, develop and support embedded network systems software. Responsibilities include design and development of network device drivers and kernel software for interfaces.

Requires experience with one or more of the telecommunications and networking layer protocols such as Ethernet, IEEE802, SONET, ATM, TCP/IP, PPP, Frame Relay.

Experience with ML-PPP or ML-FR is desirable.

Excellent bug fixing and testing skills.

Extensive experience in designing and developing projects using C in unix and real-time embedded system environment.

Experience with debug tools in embedded environment.

Good problem solving skills and effective communication skills.

Ability to work well in a cross-functional team with hardware and quality assurance. Typically requires MSEE/MSCS with 4-6 years of related experience or BSEE/CS with 6-8 years of related experience. David
